MSP Target organizes supplier, distributor, TSD, contact, service, and channel information to support human research and workflow decisions. It is not a broker, TSD, supplier, fiduciary, legal advisor, or guarantor of any transaction.
No endorsement or pay-to-play inference
Listing, ranking, matching, availability, ratings, or profile completeness does not constitute endorsement, certification, sponsorship, partnership, or a promise of commercial fit. Unless expressly disclosed, catalog inclusion does not mean a supplier or channel paid MSP Target or approved every displayed fact.
Recommendations require review
Matches may use keywords, user-managed facts, published services, ratings, opportunity notes, technical signals, and source-attributed suggestions. Results can be incomplete, stale, ambiguous, or wrong. Confidence indicators describe available evidence, not probability of success. Users must independently assess technical, commercial, regulatory, contractual, and customer requirements.
Contacts and services change
Published contacts, titles, phone numbers, email addresses, services, benefits, territories, supplier rosters, and TSD relationships can change without notice. Confirm current responsibilities before outreach. A supplier- or channel-authorized manager may update a profile, but MSP Target does not warrant ongoing accuracy.
Private experiences and ratings
Workspace ratings, notes, and experiences reflect contributors’ views and may not represent MSP Target or current performance. Users must provide honest, relevant, non-defamatory information. MSP Target may moderate shared content for policy, privacy, or integrity reasons.
Registrations and transactions
MSP Target can prepare and transmit a registration message only after user review and approval. Sending does not mean the recipient accepted, validated, or completed registration. Users remain responsible for customer permission, partner eligibility, conflicts, timing, commissions, contracts, pricing, and confirmation from the applicable supplier or TSD.
Corrections
Authorized representatives and users may report inaccurate information through support. We may request verification before changing a shared record.
