Supplier & Channel Information Disclaimer

MSP Target organizes supplier, distributor, TSD, contact, service, and channel information to support human research and workflow decisions. It is not a broker, TSD, supplier, fiduciary, legal advisor, or guarantor of any transaction.

No endorsement or pay-to-play inference

Listing, ranking, matching, availability, ratings, or profile completeness does not constitute endorsement, certification, sponsorship, partnership, or a promise of commercial fit. Unless expressly disclosed, catalog inclusion does not mean a supplier or channel paid MSP Target or approved every displayed fact.

Fit is guidance—not authorization

Supplier–MSP/TA fit and customer–solution fit may use approved ICPs, keywords, user-managed facts, published services, ratings, opportunity notes, technical signals, and source-attributed suggestions. Results can be incomplete, stale, ambiguous, or wrong. Confidence describes available evidence, not probability of success. A strong fit does not establish authorization to sell, register, quote, or transact; a weak or unknown fit is not an automatic prohibition. Human review and the applicable commercial agreement control.

Contacts and services change

Published contacts, titles, phone numbers, email addresses, services, benefits, territories, supplier rosters, and TSD relationships can change without notice. Confirm current responsibilities before outreach. A supplier- or channel-authorized manager may update a profile, but MSP Target does not warrant ongoing accuracy.

Names, marks, and profile content

Supplier and channel names, product names, logos, and other marks remain the property of their respective owners. MSP Target may display them to identify and describe the applicable organization, product, or commercial route using material supplied by an authorized profile manager or located in publicly available business sources. Public availability does not make an asset public domain. Display does not imply ownership by, endorsement of, sponsorship of, or affiliation with MSP Target. Original profile content submitted by an authorized manager remains the contributor’s or applicable rights holder’s property, subject to the limited license needed to operate the Service.

User experiences, ratings, and reviews

Ratings, reviews, notes, and experience reports are the views of their authors—not MSP Target, MSP Target LLC, the reviewed supplier, or the reviewed channel—unless expressly labeled otherwise. Publication, aggregation, formatting, or moderation does not mean MSP Target adopts, verifies, or endorses an opinion. Contributors must describe genuine experiences, disclose material relationships where required, and must not submit fake, purchased, manipulated, retaliatory, defamatory, or misleading content. Reviews can become stale and should not be treated as guarantees of current performance.

Registrations, revenue, and commissions

MSP Target can prepare and, where enabled, transmit a registration message only after explicit user review and authorization. Provider acceptance does not mean the recipient received, accepted, validated, or completed registration. Pipeline, booked revenue, expected commission, partner-reported payment, and actual receipt are separate records and must remain separate. Users remain responsible for customer permission, partner eligibility, conflicts, timing, contracts, pricing, commissions, payment evidence, and confirmation from the applicable supplier, TSD, or direct relationship.

Corrections and rights concerns

Authorized representatives, rights holders, and users may report inaccurate information, mistaken identity, unauthorized material, or intellectual-property concerns through support. Identify the affected profile or material, your relationship to it, and the requested correction or removal. We may request reasonable verification and preserve necessary records while reviewing the request.
