Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Plans
MSP Target currently offers Connect (Free), Professional, and Advisor plans. Current features, limits, and prices appear on the pricing page or order presented at enrollment. Plans are assigned to a workspace unless stated otherwise.
Billing and renewal
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew for the selected monthly or annual period until cancelled. You authorize the payment processor to charge the payment method on file. Prices exclude applicable taxes. We may change future renewal pricing with at least 30 days’ notice.
Trials, evaluation, and founder offers
Trials and evaluation access may have feature or usage limits and may end without converting to a paid plan. Promotional and founder offers may be limited by time, eligibility, quantity, account, or workspace and may not be transferred or combined unless expressly stated. Lifetime or special access applies only to the identified eligible account and does not guarantee that every feature remains unchanged forever.
Cancellation
You may cancel before renewal through an available account control or support request. Cancellation stops future renewal and takes effect at the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated. Access may continue through that date. Removing a user does not automatically cancel a workspace subscription.
Refunds
Except where required by law or expressly stated in an offer, paid fees are non-refundable and we do not provide credits for partial periods, unused limits, plan downgrades, or inactive accounts. If we terminate a paid subscription for convenience rather than breach, we will provide a prorated refund for the unused prepaid period.
Failed payments and changes
We may retry failed charges, request updated payment information, limit paid features, or suspend a delinquent subscription after reasonable notice. Upgrades may take effect immediately with prorated billing; downgrades normally take effect at the next renewal. Data and feature access may be affected by downgrade, so export important information first.
Free plan
The free plan has no recurring subscription fee and may have limited features, support, storage, integrations, or availability. We may modify the free plan with notice where practical. We will not charge a free account without affirmative enrollment in a paid plan.
