MSP TARGET LEGAL
Electronic Communications Policy
This Policy governs email and other communications sent by MSP Target or initiated by users through MSP Target.
Service communications
By creating an account, you consent to receive electronic records and operational messages such as verification, password reset, invitation, security, integration, billing, workflow, and policy notices. These are part of the Service and may be required while your account remains active.
User-directed communications
MSP Target prepares registration drafts for you to open or copy into your own email application; MSP Target does not transmit those registration messages. When you initiate an invitation, CSV delivery, supplier-manager invitation, or similar platform-sent message, you instruct MSP Target and its email provider to transmit it on your behalf. You must verify the recipient, subject, content, customer authority, and attachments.
Consent and identification
You must have a lawful basis to contact each recipient and comply with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CASL, GDPR, and other applicable rules. Commercial messages must accurately identify the sender and purpose, avoid deceptive routing or subject lines, and provide required postal identity and opt-out mechanisms. Do not send sensitive credentials or unnecessary customer information.
Invitations and referrals
Invite only people with whom you have a legitimate business relationship or reasonable basis to believe the invitation is welcome. Referral links and QR codes may attribute scans, submitted forms, invitations, onboarding, and paid conversion to the referring user. MSP Target does not need to expose the permanent referral code to platform administrators to report those statistics.
Partner introductions
Partner Discovery is for relevant, individual business introductions—not list building, harvesting, automated prospecting, or mass messaging. MSP Target limits request volume, keeps the recipient’s email private before consent, and allows recipients to decline or block requests. Attempts to evade these controls may result in suspension.
Suppression, delivery, and tracking
We may maintain suppression records to honor opt-outs and protect sender reputation. Delivery providers may report accepted, delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, complained, and opted-out events. Open and click measurements may be incomplete or inaccurate because of privacy tools, security scanners, forwarding, caching, and client behavior. Delivery acceptance does not prove human receipt.
Limits and suspension
We may impose sending limits, staged releases, test requirements, approval gates, or emergency pauses. Messages may be delayed or blocked for compliance, reputation, security, configuration, or provider reasons. Repeated bounces, complaints, unauthorized lists, or evasion of suppression may result in suspension.
