Communications and data acquisition
Imported contacts must come from a lawful source and be used consistently with the expectations, notices, contracts, and laws applicable to them. Outreach must follow the Electronic Communications Policy. Publicly available business information is not automatically permission for unlimited marketing.
Enforcement
We may investigate, rate-limit, pause sends, quarantine data, suspend access, preserve evidence, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary. We will consider severity, repetition, risk, and good-faith remediation. Illegal activity and credible threats may be reported to appropriate authorities.
Reporting
Report suspected abuse through the support page. Do not publicly disclose exploitable security details before we have a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
